The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin is soliciting bids for the Atkinson Marsh Restoration (AOC) Project. This project involves several key components: the placement of approximately 31,262 cubic yards of granular fill for habitat creation, the construction of an unpaved maintenance road with a future four-vehicle paved parking lot (approximately 878 cubic yards of CABC), culvert installation, the placement of various wildlife habitat structures, signage and gate installation, native vegetation restoration, and invasive species management. These efforts are aimed at improving wildlife populations and habitats to address Beneficial Use Impairments (BUIs) and support the delisting of the Lower Green Bay and Fox River Area of Concern (AOC). This project is partially funded by a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, which mandates Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com via their VirtuBid(tm) online bid service by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. A public bid opening will be conducted online via Zoom. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project.
