Bank Depository Services for Clinton County R-III School District

The Clinton County R-III School District, located in Plattsburg, Missouri, is soliciting sealed bids for bank depository services. The contract will have a minimum term of one year, with the option for the District to renew for up to four additional years under the same terms. Bids must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on June 19, 2026. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bidders are advised to mail their bids at least three working days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Bid opening will take place at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on June 19, 2026, in the Commons Area of the Middle School Building at 800 Frost Street, Plattsburg, Missouri. The District plans to discuss and clarify bids with financial institutions and will make an award at the next regular Board meeting on June 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Middle School Library, also located at 800 Frost Street, Plattsburg, Missouri. Bids are to be prepared at no cost to the District and will become the property of the District. All items in the bid must be responded to. Sealed bids must be clearly marked "Bank Depository Services Bid" in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Questions regarding bid procedures should be directed to the District's Superintendent. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities.
