Description

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is planning for the Active Duty Dental Program 4 (ADDP4) contract, which will succeed the current ADDP3 contract expiring April 30, 2029. This program aims to provide comprehensive worldwide dental care services to eligible active duty Service members (ADSMs) across all branches of the U.S. Uniformed Services. The contractor will be responsible for developing and maintaining a dental provider network within the Continental United States and establishing agreements with TRICARE OCONUS Preferred Dentists for outside continental coverage. Services include routine, urgent, and emergency dental care for enrolled remote ADSMs, as well as urgent and emergency care for those on temporary duty, deployed, or on leave in remote overseas locations. The program supplements care provided in military dental treatment facilities and serves ADSMs in regions without direct access to such facilities.
