Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) Request for Enhanced Whitepapers (RWP)

This is a Request for Enhanced Whitepapers (RWP) issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC). The AMTC, in partnership with the U.S. Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center and the Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), is seeking innovative aviation and missile technologies to enhance warfighter capabilities. Projects awarded under this RWP may lead to follow-on production contracts without further competition, as per 10 U.S.C. 4022(f). Interested parties must be members of the AMTC to respond.
