Portable Toilet and Handwash Station Rental for USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) RIMPAC 2026 Exercises

This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) for the rental of portable toilets and handwash stations, including consumables and maintenance, to support the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) during the RIMPAC 2026 exercises. The period of performance is from June 23, 2026, to August 1, 2026, segmented into two periods: June 23 to July 7, 2026, and July 27 to August 1, 2026. The delivery location is Hotel Pier, Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam, HI. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, regular maintenance, waste disposal, and removal of all equipment. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
