Building 854 Blinds and Drapery Installation

This solicitation is for the procurement and installation of blinds and drapery for Building 854 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing 85 sets of blackout roller shades and 85 sets of decorative side panel drapery. The blinds should be blackout roller shades with continuous cord loops and a 3" fascia valance. The drapery should be decorative side panels in Sandstone or Moonstone color, including rods and mounting hardware. Installation will occur in 74 resident rooms, a common area kitchen, a dayroom, and a Dorm Leader office. The contractor must remove all job-related trash and debris. The contract performance period is 180 days from the date of award. A site visit is scheduled for May 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.
