]rfp539 - safe streets and roads for all (ss4a) planning, engagement, and implementation
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from experienced firms or teams to provide program development, pop-up infrastructure planning and implementation, and evaluation/data analysis services. This initiative focuses on school-based transportation, roadway safety, and related fields within the 20-county Metro Atlanta area. The project aims to improve roadway, bicycle, and pedestrian safety for youth and families through supplemental planning, demonstration activities, and infrastructure improvements in three specific communities: Clayton County, Spalding County, and the City of Brookhaven. The selected consultant will work on designing, developing, delivering, evaluating, and reporting on these activities over a two-and-a-half-year contract, with an anticipated award of approximately $1,700,000 funded through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program.
