Eiland Middle School and Nanih Waiya Cafeteria Reroofing

Louisville Municipal School District is seeking bids for the reroofing of Eiland Middle School's 8th grade and Nanih Waiya Cafeteria. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Louisville Municipal School District, located at 891 South Columbus Avenue, Louisville, MS 39339. Bids are due by December 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Prime and Subcontractors must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 if the bid exceeds $50,000.00.
