Rental Services for Walk-Off Mats, Mops, and Related Items

The City of Dayton is soliciting bids for rental services for walk-off mats, dust mops, and related items. This solicitation, IFB No. AD26009, covers Part I and Part II of the required services. The contract will establish firm pricing for the period of June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with potential for three additional 12-month renewal options through May 31, 2030, at the City's discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically as a PDF to bids@daytonohio.gov by 11:00 AM local time on May 26, 2026. All vendors must submit a current W-9 and a completed Vendor Application form. Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted in writing to Austin Dickison at Austin.Dickison@daytonohio.gov no later than 11:00 AM on May 14, 2026, with answers posted by May 19, 2026. The City encourages vendors to consider sustainable procurement practices.
