JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge Encampment Services

This solicitation is for encampment services to support JROTC cadets and cadre from the Phoenix Union School District. The services will be provided from May 24-28, 2026, and include facilities, lodging, logistical support, meals, training areas, and training activities. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services, with the government providing some meals and equipment. The event aims to provide cadets with citizenship-building exercises, leadership skill development, and unique training experiences in a military-type environment.
