Low Income Housing Tax Credit Policy Consultant

The State of Rhode Island's Executive Office of Housing is seeking a qualified consultant to provide strategic guidance and assistance for improvements to the state's Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The consultant will also advise on updates to the state's LIHTC program, applying national best practices to better align these programs with the state's housing goals.
