Kitchen Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services

The State of Delaware is soliciting proposals for comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) and repair services for commercial kitchen equipment utilized by various state agencies. Preventative maintenance will be conducted at minimum frequencies of bi-annually for standard equipment, quarterly for high-use or critical equipment, and annually for low-use equipment, with the potential for adjustment based on specific needs. Repair services require prompt response and timely completion, with an emphasis on first-visit repairs. Contractors must maintain adequate parts inventory and qualified technicians to meet these demands. Submissions are to be made through the online bid submission portal by May 28, 2026. The contract will be awarded to one or more qualified vendors based on a comprehensive evaluation of qualifications, service capability, technical approach, references, price, and compliance with specifications.
