Description

The Town of Hudson, New Hampshire, is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to provide comprehensive labor counsel services. This includes providing legal advice and assistance on employment and labor-related matters, offering opinions on questions of law, responding to inquiries, and providing regular status updates. The selected firm will also be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and approving labor-related legal instruments, representing the Town in negotiations, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, and recommending special counsel when necessary. The firm must be duly licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and possess at least five years of experience representing New Hampshire municipalities or comparable local government entities in labor law. The Town has five collective bargaining units and several non-union positions.
