Auction Services for Sale of Portable Buildings

Mesa Public Schools is seeking qualified auction firms to provide full-service auctioneering for the sale of twelve portable buildings located at one District site. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, marketing, managing, and conducting the auction process through final sale and removal coordination. The buildings will be sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". Services required include evaluation and recommendation of the optimal auction format, development and execution of a marketing and advertising plan, preparation of auction listings and descriptions, coordination of site inspections, management of bidder registration and qualification, collection of payments, financial reconciliation, and coordination with buyers regarding removal timelines and requirements. The District will be responsible for disconnecting units from all dry and wet utilities and will provide access for site inspections, showings, and meetings.
