Description

The City of Lincoln Police Department is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of shelving and furniture for the permanent supportive housing building located at 635 J Street. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the site to allow bidders to view the facility, take measurements, and verify site conditions. Bidders are responsible for ensuring all labor, materials, tools, permits, and licenses are included in their bid. The awarded bidder will be responsible for delivery and installation, coordinating with the owner's representative, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Installation is scheduled to begin July 15, 2026, and be completed by July 29, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
