Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) is issuing this invitation to bid for a contract to supply and deliver school and office furniture. The contract will be for the period of one year, with the possibility of a one-year extension, commencing July 1, 2026. All items delivered must meet specific quality and performance standards, and vendors are required to provide catalog cuts, specifications, and warranty information with their bids. Delivery will be made to any CCPS facility between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, excluding school holidays. Set-up services, including unpacking, assembly, adjustments, and removal of packing materials, are also required. Notification to the receiving school or office at least 24 hours prior to delivery is mandatory. Pricing must remain firm for the duration of the contract period, and any decreases from manufacturer prices must be passed on to CCPS. Bids must be submitted electronically via Public Purchase by May 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. A hard copy of the bid, along with catalog cuts, must also be delivered to Carroll County Public Schools, Office of Purchasing, 125 N. Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157 by the same deadline.
