Inventory Replenishment: 1/0 Aluminum EPR 25kV Cable

The Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) is soliciting bids for the replenishment of its electric inventory stock with Cable, 1/0 Aluminum, EPR, 25kV, 1/C, CN. This procurement is based on established minimum and maximum stock levels and forecasted demand. Bid documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Material Specifications, and Bid Pricing Forms, are available on the PWC Procurement Website. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing to Lacoma Jones at procurement@faypwc.com no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The Fayetteville Public Works Commission encourages bids from Qualified vendors, including Small Local Suppliers (SLS), Small and Disadvantaged Businesses, and other interested suppliers. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and re-advertise.
