The 16th Weather Squadron (16WS) is conducting a Sources Sought to identify vendors capable of providing Cloud Service Provider (CSP) credits, specifically for Amazon Web Services (AWS), through a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The requirement is for a certified AWS reseller that can offer CSP capabilities in regions designated for US Government use, including those capable of hosting Impact Level 6 (IL6) environments as defined by the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG). The vendor must be authorized to offer these IL6 capabilities and provide payment services (credits) for government-operated accounts. The credits will be equivalent to USD $1.00 of AWS commercial list price per credit and will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The vendor will be responsible for managing the payor account and providing 24/7 real-time monitoring of credit usage, with notifications at 75% (cautionary) and 85% (critical) expenditure levels. The vendor must also support the government in provisioning an environment aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework. No government-furnished property or facilities will be provided, and performance is not required on-site.
