The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is seeking proposals for a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to establish Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) operations at Fort Wainwright and potentially other garrisons in Alaska. The contract will involve financing, designing, building out/renovating facilities, and operating these dining venues. These concession contracts are for the direct sale of supplies and services to authorized Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) patrons. The Army is looking for a modernized dining experience that includes online ordering, delivery solutions, and healthy food options, aiming to enhance the well-being of the military community and support initiatives like Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F). The scope of work includes the renovation of existing dining facilities to create a modern, inviting environment with advanced technologies. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including professional management and provision of high-quality food and beverages. The contractor will also need to manage IT enhancements and platforms to support online ordering and delivery. The contract is for a base period of five years with five one-year option periods, potentially extending the total contract duration to ten years and six months.
