Road Grader and Front-End Loader Lease for Hill AFB

The Department of the Air Force is seeking to lease a road grader and a heavy-duty front-end loader for Thermal Treatment Unit (TTU) operations at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The period of performance is from May 15, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with four subsequent one-year option periods. The road grader must be suitable for heavy-duty industrial use, featuring a 14-16 foot cutting edge blade, a rear-mount ripper, and specific performance capabilities. The front-end loader should have a bucket capacity of 7-9 cubic yards and meet specified engine power and breakout force requirements. Both pieces of equipment must comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations, come with a manufacturer's warranty, and include technical support and spare parts availability. Delivery, assembly, testing, and training on operation and maintenance are also required.
