Graphic Design Services for Northern California Power Agency

The Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) is soliciting proposals for graphic design services to support the agency and its member communities. The scope of services includes general graphic design, presentation graphics, and special projects. This encompasses creating design templates, custom brochures, marketing collateral, event designs, social media graphics, presentation templates, website design, and infographic development. Materials created may be shared and rebranded by NCPA members for their individual use. The agency anticipates executing one or more agreements for these services, with a potential contract term of five years, estimated to begin in August 2026. NCPA reserves the right to adjust the contract term. The selected respondent(s) will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities and equipment, and must maintain specific insurance requirements as outlined in the contract. Payment will be on a time and materials basis with a not-to-exceed amount per task.
