LabVIEW FPGA Module Subscription License

This solicitation is for the purchase of a firm fixed-price subscription license for National Instruments software, specifically the LabVIEW FPGA Module. The purchase also includes bundles for LabVIEW Data Logging and Supervisory Control, and the LabVIEW Full Development System for Windows. The licenses are for renewal of existing seats and additional seats, with a total of 19 seats for the Full Development System and 1 seat each for the FPGA Module and Data Logging Module. The period of performance will be 12 months, commencing June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. The contractor shall provide a Standard Service Program including software updates, technical support, problem troubleshooting, and on-call maintenance services with a forty-eight-hour response time during business hours.
