Copy and Printing Paper Supply

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for the supply of copy and printing paper. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended for use by EPIC6 members and future members, allowing them to purchase goods on an as-needed basis. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to responsive and responsible proposers who achieve a minimum score of 70 points, based on factors including price, availability, and delivery. The scope includes white and color copier and printing paper of all sizes, specialty paper, paper for offset printing, photo paper, and related accessories. EPIC6 charges a 1.5% administration fee on invoiced sales to members.
