Dental Provider and Dental Hygienist Services at Warm Springs Service Unit

The Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center requires contracted dental hygienist and dentist services to support their Dental Program. This Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order aims to provide supplemental professional dental coverage, ensuring continuity of oral health services and patient access to care. The services will include preventive, restorative, periodontal, pediatric, and emergency dental care, as well as oral health education. Services will be performed at the Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center located at 1270 Kot-Num Road, Warm Springs, OR 97761, for a period of one year from the date of award. The clinic operates generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Wednesdays, with a one-hour lunch break.
