Food Service Management Company for Sierra Vista Unified School District

The Sierra Vista Unified School District (SFA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Food Service Management Companies (FSMCs) to manage and operate its school food services, including the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), and Seamless Summer Option (SSO). The selected FSMC will be responsible for the management of food service staff, operational and technical support, and financial management of the program. The SFA serves approximately 3562 children across 7 sites and prepares about 450,000 meals annually.
