Statewide Commissioning Services

The State of Delaware, Division of Facilities Management, is seeking professional services for statewide commissioning of buildings. This includes reviews during design through systems verification, primarily for HVAC systems and controls, but potentially including electrical and other selected systems. The scope of services also encompasses Building Automation Systems (BAS) master planning and support, HVAC controls design services, maintenance of HVAC controls design standards, trend analysis using BAS data, and re-commissioning services to improve HVAC control and energy efficiency.
