Furniture Moving Services

This solicitation is for a furniture move IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary furnishings, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and management to complete the project. This includes disassembling and reassembling office furniture, as well as marking items for relocation to the appropriate locations. The scope of work also includes disassembling and reassembling specific cubicles into standalone units. Post-installation cleanup, including the removal of all materials, packaging, and debris, is the contractor's responsibility, with disposal at the Keesler Recycling Center. The contractor must protect all furniture and building materials during installation and will be liable for any damage to Government property. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding Federal Holidays. Building 4605 is located off-base, requiring entry through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area.
