Water Treatment Plant & Pump Station Generators Construction

The City of Galax is seeking bids for the construction of a project that includes diesel generators for their Water Treatment Plant (750KW), CityView Pump Station (250KW), and East Galax Pump Station (250KW). The project also involves the installation of automatic transfer switches for each generator, concrete slabs to support the generators, and associated walkways and stairs. While the electrical installation and integration into the existing water system will be handled by a separate contractor, the awarded bidder will be responsible for the startup and testing of the generator and ATS systems.
