C-130H Formation Positioning System Industry Day

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is hosting a virtual industry day for the C-130H Formation Positioning System (FPS) replacement program. This event is intended to provide updates on pre-Milestone B planning and to gather industry feedback on the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP). The virtual event will take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 0830 to 0930 EDT. Following the main session, one-on-one sessions will be held from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT. These 60-minute sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis and provide vendors an opportunity to showcase their capabilities, discuss their approach to achieving operational compatibility with the C-130J FPS, and identify any required government information or Advance Procurement funding needs. Interested vendors must submit their RSVP and one-on-one session requests to Mr. Aaron Christy at aaron.christy@us.af.mil no later than June 8, 2026. Vendor attendee names and email addresses (up to five) should be included in the request. All questions and answers from the one-on-one sessions will be documented and made available on sam.gov. Vendors are instructed not to present or discuss classified information.
