Description

Adams County, acting as the Fiscal Agent for the Region 8 Opioid Abatement Council (ROAC), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide governance support and grant administration services. This initiative is funded by opioid litigation settlement funds intended for remediation of the opioid crisis impacts through evidence-based strategies. The selected entity will facilitate ROAC meetings, manage grant application processes from pre-award to post-award, monitor subrecipients, support strategic planning, and maintain the regional data infrastructure. The consultant will not directly manage or disburse funds, as Adams County retains that role. Services will be provided in accordance with the Colorado Opioids Settlement Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and guidance from the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Proposals may be joint or include subcontractors to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
