Professional Land Survey Services

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) and its agencies (Department of Fish and Game, Department of Conservation and Recreation, Department of Agricultural Resources, and Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance), is seeking qualified vendors to perform professional survey services and related services. These services are for land acquisitions, exchanges, dispositions, and wetland and river restoration projects. Multiple vendors will be selected to form a Qualified Contractors List, which may be utilized by all authorized departments. Bidders must hold current certification as a Professional Land Surveyor in Massachusetts and possess at least five years of experience. All surveys must adhere to the EEA's Specifications for Surveys and Digital Submissions Guide.
