Sheridan New Elementary K-2 Construction Bids

C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Sheridan School District, is soliciting bids for trade contract packages for the Sheridan New Elementary K-2 project. This project involves the construction of a new approximately 65,276 square foot elementary school. The scope of work includes site work, concrete, masonry, metals, wood framing, building envelope, roofing, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, site utilities, and paving. Bids are due by 4:00 PM on June 3rd, 2026, and should be submitted via email to Antoine Lairy at ALairy@crcrawford.com and Michael Molnar at MMolnar@crcrawford.com. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. There will not be a public bid opening.
