4th Quarter FY26 Subsistence and Meat Supply

This solicitation is for subsistence and meat line items for the Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Pekin, IL, for the 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The delivery period is from July 6th, 2026, to July 17th, 2026, between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, with deliveries to be made to the Food Service Warehouse at 2600 S. Second St. Pekin, IL 61554. The contract will be firm-fixed price. Evaluation factors include price, product quality, and vendor's past performance. The government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards, or not to award certain menu items. Failure to deliver within the established timeframe will be considered non-performance. Quotes must be received by May 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time via email to hfrei@bop.gov. Quoted prices must be valid for 60 days after the solicitation close date.
