Commercial Building Demolition at Laredo International Airport

The city of Laredo is soliciting bids for the demolition, removal, and disposal of a commercial building and its foundation located at 1701 E. Hillside Replat Lot 4 Blk 15 Laredo Airport Subdivision. The building is approximately 10,469 square feet. The work includes demolition, removal, disposal of building structures, scraping the lot clean of debris, weeds, and brush, and leveling the lot to its original grade. The contractor must provide proof of disposal from the city of Laredo Landfill with the demolition invoice for payment.
