Security Guard Services

The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa (HACCC) is soliciting proposals for security guard services to provide unarmed security patrol for its various properties throughout the county. Services will include access control, roving patrols, and incident reporting. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year with the option for two additional 2-year periods, for a maximum of 5 years. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the HACCC e-Procurement portal by June 10th, 2026.
