Southgate Course Water Main Replacement and Road Reclamation

This project involves the replacement of aging and undersized water mains with new 8-inch ductile iron mains along Southgate Course, Southgate Court, and Foxwood Lane. The new water mains will be installed using open-cut methods and backfilled before full-depth reclamation of the roadway. The project also includes full-depth reclamation of existing pavement and base materials on Longmeadow Circle, and pavement removal and resurfacing on Iroquois Avenue. Additional work encompasses the replacement of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and hydrants.
