2027 Parent-Child Dances Banquet Facility Rental

The Township of Middletown is soliciting proposals for a banquet facility to host their annual Parent-Child Dances. The event requires accommodation for up to 350 attendees per dance, with a need for a large dance floor and space for a DJ setup. The facility must be located in neighboring towns such as Hazlet, Sea Bright, Rumson, Fair Haven, Atlantic Highlands, Highlands, Keansburg, Holmdel, Red Bank, or Middletown. The dances are scheduled for consecutive weekends: Friday, January 29th, 2027 (6pm-9pm), Saturday, January 30th, 2027 (5pm-8pm), and Sunday, January 31st, 2027 (4pm-7pm). The winning vendor must be able to offer services on all these dates. The event will be buffet-style, with appetizers, salads, and desserts served. The proposal must include an all-inclusive cost per person, covering all gratuities and service fees. The Township is tax-exempt. The facility must provide appropriate waitstaff for the number of guests. The Township will provide their own vendors for DJ, entertainment, and photobooth, which must fit within the same event room. The venue will also be expected to provide approximately four tables for check-in and seating charts outside the main dance room.
