Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking information for solid waste landfill services at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. The government anticipates awarding an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices. The estimated annual tonnage is 540 tons, with deliveries expected weekly. The contractor will assume ownership of non-hazardous waste upon delivery and is responsible for its lawful disposal. The contractor must be properly certified and licensed to perform waste disposal in Massachusetts and operate a permitted landfill within a 10-mile radius of FMC Devens.
