On-Call Architectural and Engineering Professional Services

The Town of Dighton, Massachusetts is seeking proposals for on-call architectural and engineering professional services. These services will be used for repairs and modifications of existing town assets, as well as small new designs. The scope of work includes planning, architectural or engineering designs, preparation of construction drawings, procurement documents, cost estimates, construction phase support (including contract administration, project inspection, and commissioning), conceptual planning, feasibility studies, building inspections, code compliance reviews, regulatory compliance reviews and/or management, peer reviews, and abatement and remediation planning. Services may be utilized by the Town Administrator's office and other town departments. Proposals can be submitted for one or more disciplines, and the town may award one or multiple contracts.
