School Food Service Management Services

Ypsilanti Community Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified Food Service Management Companies to manage the district's school food service operations. The selected company will be responsible for providing management services in accordance with all applicable United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as State of Michigan Department of Education policies and guidelines. The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be available starting April 27, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2026, at 1:00 pm, located at 1885 Packard Rd., Ypsilanti, MI 48186. Proposals must be submitted electronically to bboone5@ycschools.us by 12:00 pm on May 18, 2026.
