Outdoor Sports Courts Reconstruction - East Hawai'i Parks

This project involves the demolition and reconstruction of outdoor sports courts at Ainaola Park, Ho'olulu Park, Mohouli Park, and Honoka'a Park in Hawai'i. The work includes repairing existing cracks, leveling asphaltic concrete base course, resurfacing and stripping courts for tennis, volleyball, pickleball, and futsal, and installing new nets, anchors, and net posts. Bidders must possess a valid State of Hawai'i Specialty Contractor Classification C-3b or General Engineering Contractor's "A" license. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Public Purchase System by 2:00 p.m. Hawai'i Standard Time on May 28, 2026. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the County of Hawai'i, Aupuni Center, Department of Parks and Recreation conference room.
