Geosynthetic Materials for Landfill Liner Construction

Greenville County is seeking the procurement and storage of geosynthetic materials, including Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL), 60-mil High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and Geocomposite, for the construction of a landfill base liner. The vendor will be responsible for purchasing and storing these materials, ensuring they are produced and delivered to the Twin Chimneys Landfill between October and November 2026. This procurement is intended to minimize schedule delays related to material availability for the upcoming cell construction.
