Elevator Inspection and Maintenance Services

This solicitation is for semi-annual elevator inspection and maintenance services for four elevators and one dumbwaiter located at Base Cape Cod in Buzzards Bay, MA. The services include inspections, preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment services. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the required services. All work must comply with applicable safety standards and regulations, including OSHA. Contractor personnel will be subject to background checks for base access. The contract includes provisions for on-call repair services and requires a warranty on parts and components. Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead and broken down by base year and each option year.
