Public Transportation Operating Services

Carson City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms for Public Transportation Operating Services. This contract is federally funded through various Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grants. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Nevada Government Electronic Marketplace (NGEM) by 2:00 p.m. on July 14, 2026. Recommendations for award will be made by the Carson City Public Works Department based on the evaluation results of the Review and Selection Committee. The results will be posted on Carson City's website, and all respondents will be notified via email. The final selection and contract award will be made by the Carson City Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) at their meeting tentatively scheduled for August 12, 2026.
