Lodging and Meeting Space for U.S. Army War College National Security Staff Ride

This is a Sources Sought notice for lodging and meeting space for the U.S. Army War College's National Security Staff Ride class trip, scheduled for December 2026 in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The requirement includes accommodations for approximately 60-90 single rooms, 166 double rooms, and 1 suite per day, along with an operations center, baggage area, and parking. The hotel must be located within a 4-mile radius of the White House and within a quarter-mile walking distance to a Metro station, and possess a 3-STAR or better designation. Specific requirements include amenities for the operations center such as tables, chairs, television, refrigerator, telephone, and high-speed internet. The baggage area must be at least 1,900 square feet and capable of holding 450 pieces of luggage. The contractor will be responsible for providing room keys, a room roster, and coordinating an initial meeting at least 90 days prior to the event. Parking and loading/unloading space for vans and motorcoaches is also required. Security considerations include cooperation with USAWC Security Specialists for risk assessments, adherence to Army security regulations, and maintaining operational security by not disseminating sensitive information.
