Abatement Services for Ysleta Independent School District

Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals from multiple vendors for abatement services. Awards will be made on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation period, with vendors encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Proposals will be evaluated and accepted or rejected by the district based on the criteria outlined in the RFP. The services required include asbestos contractor abatement services (e.g., removal of floor coverings and ceiling tiles containing asbestos), lead contractor abatement services (e.g., removal of lead-based paint, contaminated materials, and lead pellets), and mold contractor abatement services. Pricing must comply with the YISD Environmental Consultant's scope of work as outlined in the Project Management plan.
