Strategic Real Estate Advisory Services for University System of New Hampshire
University System of New Hampshire
The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is seeking a qualified, independent real estate advisory firm to provide strategic capacity across its portfolio over the next three to five years. The engagement will initially focus on the University of New Hampshire (UNH) campus, supporting the EDGE Development Initiative, a program to develop underutilized land holdings into a mixed-use innovation district. The advisor will act as an independent, objective advisor, supporting long-range real estate objectives, providing analytical rigor, protecting institutional interests, and coordinating specialist expertise. In parallel, the advisor will support the Building Assets Optimization effort, a portfolio rationalization process aimed at optimizing the long-term utilization and financial performance of USNH real property assets. This includes disposition analysis, asset valuation, market engagement, transaction execution support across multiple campuses, and development of business cases. The firm will also be available to support smaller, campus-level real estate projects as they arise.
