Beulah 5 MG GST Reconditioning and Beulah 200,000 Gallon EST Exterior Cleaning

This solicitation is for the construction of the Beulah 5 MG Ground Storage Tank (GST) Reconditioning and the Beulah 200,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank (EST) Exterior Cleaning. The work includes applying an overcoat high-performance coating system on the exterior, spot repair of the interior high-performance coating system, and miscellaneous repairs to the Beulah 5 MG GST. Additionally, the exterior of the Beulah 200,000 Gallon EST will be cleaned. The project will be awarded under a single contract. Bidders are required to submit a cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Municipal Utilities Board of Albertville, Alabama, for at least five (5) percent of the bid amount, not to exceed $10,000. Performance and Payment Bonds, along with proof of insurance, will be required upon contract signing.
