Legal Services Pool Expansion

The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) is soliciting proposals to add additional firms to its existing pool of legal service providers. The firms should specialize in the practice areas of litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labor negotiations, environmental (NEPA support), financial advice, bond counsel and lender litigation, and Disadvantaged and Small Business matters. This expansion aims to broaden the GDC's access to specialized legal expertise across these critical areas.
