Preventative Maintenance Services for Reusable Medical Devices and Surgical Instruments

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) Fort Wayne Campus, requires preventative maintenance (PM) and routine maintenance services for reusable medical devices and general surgical instruments. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, management, equipment, and supplies to ensure these medical devices and instruments are maintained according to the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The anticipated award date is July 1, 2026, with a base period and four one-year option periods. The period of performance is expected to be from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
